Chicken, pork, fish or beef dishes
Since it's in local language and I rely on my host to pick a food for me, Ican't comment on their list

Momot tried :
Lumpiang Ubod fresh : is fresh spring rolls with fillings of sliced youngcoconut core (ubod), with sweet sauce dippings, finely chopped raw garlicand ground peanuts
Lumpiang Ubod Fried : is deep fried version of the above with vinegar dipIt's almost the same with lunpia semarang and even better withouth the offensive smell that usually emanates from bamboo core used for fillings BBQ pork ribs dish is grilled pork with so many fats i decided not to eat them, came with rice seasoned with garlic
Bangus is batterfried local milkfish belly that came out with regular whiterice and fried lumpiang (again?)
Bangus is boneless local fish which has tender taste and layer of deliciousfat on it's belly, it's similar to Indonesian 'bandeng'
Their Ice tea is not sachets of ready made lemon tea but specially blend tea with a hint of lemon and honey
My host said that every restaurant has their own ice tea blend because the competition is quite strict
And this ice tea I had was quite exquisite

Damage
Rice dishes at abt 200PHP each = 35K
Lumpiang at abt = 100PHP = 17.5K
Drinks at 50PHP = 8K to 10K
Total damage abt 800PHP = 140K
I'll rate them 7 out of 10

FYI, Pinay is haven for you meat lovers, beef and pork are available everywhere and restaurants are practically everywhere
And food is really cheap there
Hotshots in La Piazza is Pinay home based, in the native origin, their quarter pounder deluxe come at about only 110PHP = 20K
Additional toppings at only 25PHP = 4,5K
Doritos cheesy also come about the same priceBut here in Indo the price could come in double *sigh
So if you're american minded in terms of food, come to Philippines tosatiate your appetite
